All those memories of my trip there.. Still inside of me.. The World Cup.. The Da-Vinci Code mystery.. The beautiful scenery.. The wonderful and hospitable "Ang Mohs?".. The european food.. The european lifestyle.. The "Ang Moh" Culture.. The Places of Interests..
Oh man!! There are just TOO MANY things that i miss down there!!!
Its paradise to be able to lie in the meadow fields in Germany for the entire day, without give a care about whatever troubles i have in this world.. Without giving a care about people coming to disturb me.. Just me, and nature.. Total Serenity.. - Isaac (Student) 1988 - ??
And i still remember how i got influenced through that trip.. How i "matured" much more.. And, of all things, i just wish to talk about this.. My sudden interest in black 'rnb' music.. So, maybe i do not listen to it because i like it a whole lot, but its that, listening to a select few songs just constantly reminds me of France and Germany.. The main reason is because, i kept hearing those songs being played over there..
There's just so much i want to recollect.. I've really opened my eyes during my trip there, due to the knowledge that it may be my first and last time travelling to europe.. Maybe i should devote an entire posting to my memories there..
Guys, i know i wasn't disciplined enough to write a day by day recount of my trip there.. And, i've already forgotten key areas of my trip.. But, i still have my pictures.. and hopefully, one day, i will begin posting them.. =)

And i so badly wanted to get my mp4. BUT, the stupid company i worked for had some BIG cpf cuts.. 30%.. So, adding what i have earned the 1st time and the 2nd time, i need to deduct 30% from it for my CPF.. Bloody bullshit.. Worse still.. the CPF was having a roadshow below the company branch at hdb hub.. I was so pissed, i was itching to set the entire exhibition on fire man..
So, its ----> $180+ for the 2nd job.. What the hell man.. -.-"
Now, i have to settle for a new bag and maybe some shades and new accesories.. Oh.. and lets kiss that new phone that i was thinking of getting goodbye.. In short, GUYS, i'm still poor as ever.. Lets hope i don't resort to borrowing money from you all to survive.. =P (I know i have been doing that for the past semester.. opps.. )
So anyways, lessons are kinda boring.. Many lecturer's that are teaching are kinda new to me.. And, they just can't keep the class interested.. DIT is a dry course man.. STAY CLEAR from it..
And well, there are just some lecturers that i don't feel a need to give respect, let alone give them any face.. Come to think of it, who needs give a damn about them.. I'm just wasting bandwidth trying to talk about them.. I mean.. if they had tried to put in some effort to make the class lively, or even try their best to teach properly, i would have respected them..
1. For those lecturers that deserve my respect:
I will BUY their textbooks, DO their tutorials, TRY my very best on their module assignments, and WORK very hard for their tests and exams..
2. For those lecturers that i shouldn't give a DAMN:
I will SLEEP during their classes, ACT very uninterested in their lessons, STOP giving a care should they ask me questions on the module, DO their module assignments with dissatisfaction, and LASTLY, SKIP their lectures REGULARLY.
And then, there was the issue of buying new books.. BAD experience man!! 33 dollars for one small theory book.. 33 FREAKING DOLLARS!! And the info inside i should have no problem reading off the lecture slides!! And, i was dumb enough to waste 33 dollars of my parents hard earned money!! MAN!!
Worse still, the slides talk abt a certain thing. And when the lecturer goes to the next slide, i am frantically searching through my book trying to find the next set of stuff that he is talking about.. Guess where i found it? 3 PAGES AWAY!!! WHAT THE HELL!!
And, recently, i am pulling off a new hairdo.. Quite extreme, even to my own standards.. But many ppl have been saying it looks nice?? I find that it looks like my hair is on fire.. Just finished the 2nd time working at the science centre.. On some Kid's Science Fest. Anyway, its kinda BORING to tak abt it.. I let the others that worked for the event blog abt it.. I'm just too LAZY to type anything..
So, there was also Steve Erwin's death tht happened a while back.. Kinda old news if you asked me, but the thing is, i was just too lazy to blog abt it.. But, i tink today, i have LOTS of time, and i shall now take some time off for my wildlife hero.. (Nature lover here) Well, i woke up at 7 am today just to watch the live broadcast of the national (not the private) fueneral of Steve Erwin on animal planet.. (Hey, i'm bored, with nothing better to do) Obviously, i'm not going into the details, but all i wanna say is this.. Why mourn over his passing when you can be doing something MUCH BETTER??
Continue his FREAKING LEGACY and promote conservation and the protection of wildlife just as HE DID.. Well, if you are going to give me that "Sorry, i'm not interested" look, and still can give me that CRAP that you will miss him, than, all i can say is this.. And yeah.. this sums up my entire first semester for year 2.
Well, i've already been expecting such grades. Been working my ass off last sem just to achieve it.. I still remember how a far cry this was when compared to my previous 2 sems..
During 1st sem, i jusr couldn't adjust to the poly system properly.. I tried to concentrate in class, but i just couldn't, and i always had the tendancy to drift off to la la land or just fall asleep..
At the computer labs, it was no better.. I would get distracted by online games and i just wasn't interested in paying attention..
So well, it was only when i flunked my mid semester tests, getting the lowest in class for a few of my modules, that i finally woke up..
But, you can say that it was a bit too late as i had very limited time to pull up my socks.. And, even though i tried getting help from my seniors, i still failed one of my modules..
My life was in a mess since then.. Being a forward student sucks, let there be no doubt about it. And well, i just didn't have the mood to continue studying properly.. I was just afraid i would fail my forward module a second time, thus making my exit out of Sp a reality..
Well, the fact is.. i didn't.. Praise God.. And that gave me the confidence i needed to start anew.. Last sem was when i started to take great interest in my studies.. And i have to say, its a good start. (Don't you think so too?) I'm going to work harder for my goals and dreams..
Oh man.. being a forward student still sucks.. Good results or not.. SP = SURE PASS? Yeah right.. Then what abt forward students like me out there in Sp?? Take my advice.. Do not EVER become one..

So, there was also Steve Erwin's death tht happened a while back.. Kinda old news if you asked me, but the thing is, i was just too lazy to blog abt it.. But, i tink today, i have LOTS of time, and i shall now take some time off for my wildlife hero.. (Nature lover here) Well, i woke up at 7 am today just to watch the live broadcast of the national (not the private) fueneral of Steve Erwin on animal planet.. (Hey, i'm bored, with nothing better to do) Obviously, i'm not going into the details, but all i wanna say is this.. Why mourn over his passing when you can be doing something MUCH BETTER??
Continue his FREAKING LEGACY and promote conservation and the protection of wildlife just as HE DID.. Well, if you are going to give me that "Sorry, i'm not interested" look, and still can give me that CRAP that you will miss him, than, all i can say is this.. YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A BIG PILE OF BULLSHIT..
Look at those kids who watch his shows regularly on TV.. They can think even better ways of remembering him than all of us.. They don't just go abt crying and saying "A good man has parted.." or whatever rubbish you can think of..

Ok.. now for a more toned down conversation abt him.. Well, i had time to catch one of his most controversial Wildlife serials.. The one that sparked outrage when he went too close to the animals in Antartica.. As i briefly watched the show, i can't help but think that he was still alive.. You know, everytime i chanced upon his tv program on tv, i will be like "BORING.." But now, it just seems that i MUST catch a few of his tv programs.. I guess it has something to do with treasuring a person only after he dies..

And yeah.. this sums up my entire first semester for year 2.
Well, i've already been expecting such grades. Been working my ass off last sem just to achieve it.. I still remember how a far cry this was when compared to my previous 2 sems..
During 1st sem, i jusr couldn't adjust to the poly system properly.. I tried to concentrate in class, but i just couldn't, and i always had the tendancy to drift off to la la land or just fall asleep..
At the computer labs, it was no better.. I would get distracted by online games and i just wasn't interested in paying attention..
So well, it was only when i flunked my mid semester tests, getting the lowest in class for a few of my modules, that i finally woke up..
But, you can say that it was a bit too late as i had very limited time to pull up my socks.. And, even though i tried getting help from my seniors, i still failed one of my modules..
My life was in a mess since then.. Being a forward student sucks, let there be no doubt about it. And well, i just didn't have the mood to continue studying properly.. I was just afraid i would fail my forward module a second time, thus making my exit out of Sp a reality..
Well, the fact is.. i didn't.. Praise God.. And that gave me the confidence i needed to start anew.. Last sem was when i started to take great interest in my studies.. And i have to say, its a good start. (Don't you think so too?) I'm going to work harder for my goals and dreams..
Oh man.. being a forward student still sucks.. Good results or not.. SP = SURE PASS? Yeah right.. Then what abt forward students like me out there in Sp?? Take my advice.. Do not EVER become one..

Its been quite some time since i last posted.. Quite some time before i updated anything in my life.. Sigh.. I know that my last posting was quite rash.. I shouldn't have used vulgarities.. But as you know it, you just can't control yourself when your ugly side starts surfacing.. Trying to supress it won't help.. You need to do sth more spiritual.. Surrendering it to God..

Alright..now for the perks.. ----> Remember science centre hosted the LOTR exhibition and STAR WARS exhibition?? They still have stuff like post cards, notebooks, posters in their storage area.. I grabbed them all man.. Then in their storage area lots of cool shit.. Bionicle action figures.. lego sets.. posters.. I see until i'm itching to grab them all..
